From Tuesday 1st July 2008 due to the unavailability of volunteers the Society's office will only open on an irregular basis. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope this situation will be only be neccessary temporarily until we secure the services of additional office volunteers.
This situation will also affect our ability to respond promptly to both e-mails and telephone messages left at our office. Members and non-members are asked to exercise patience when waiting for replies to their enquiries. Those needing a more prompt response are advised to call our out-of-office-hours contact number available on our answer phone.
